Making a return is easy. You have 14 days from the delivery date to decide whether to keep your items.

We are pleased to offer free returns and exchanges within the United States.

At this time, we are unable to offer international exchanges or free international returns.

Please note that all returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags still attached. 

We do not accept any items that show signs of wear or use. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and may be returned to the purchaser.

We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the items are properly wrapped to prevent damage during return shipping.

It would depending on the product since there are different fabrics in use. However, the main material in all our products are: 100% Silk, Silk/Cotton and brushed silk.

We recommend that you avoid washing your Marrero Collection scarves and instead entrust them to your dry cleaner, who will clean them professionally and pay careful attention to their hand-rolled hems and hand-finished details.

Do not machine wash or bleach any Marrero Collection scarves. Always iron on a cool setting, making sure to iron on the reverse of printed styles. Avoid ironing hand-rolled hems and any embroidered or surface details.

Please remember that printed silk can be damaged by rain.
